I chose to represent Adirondack Center for Writing (ACW) in my panel design because this organization perfectly aligns with Britt's original vision for the mural – it is inclusive, welcoming and positive.
ACW inspires the love of writing, reading, and storytelling. Now in its 25th year, the organization fosters a sense of belonging, support, and connection to community through its many programs and events, while honoring the rich literary, cultural, and natural history of the Adirondacks. When people and words come together, great things happen.
