Can I take just one class?
Yes! Not all of our classes are available as drop ins, but you can

What is your cancellation policy?
If we need to cancel a class, you will be notified via email, and you will be issued a credit to be used for a future class or event. We will be following the Saranac Lake School System for bad weather closures. 

What if I can't make it to a class* I signed up for?
Let us know as soon as possible by email. If you give us more than 24 hour notice, we can offer you a credit to be used for a future class if requested.  However, because our business is attendance based, within 24 hours we will not issue a refund or credit.

What should I wear to class?
You should wear clothes that you won't be upset to get dirty. If you have an apron, feel free to bring it! 

Do I need to bring my own supplies?
No, all supplies will be provided for the projects we do in class unless otherwise specified. If you have a favorite brush or a found object you'd like to incorporate into a work, you are welcome to bring it. If you want guidance for extra projects or supplies to work from home, we will be happy to advise.

Summer Camp Refund Policy

Summer is one of the most important times of the year for our business to be able to count on our attendance-based income. If you sign up for a summer camp, we will collect a $100 deposit. If something comes up and your child is not able to attend camp, let us know as soon as possible. 

If you let us know more than 14 days in advance of the camp starting, we will issue a full refund of the $100 deposit.


If you cancel less than 14 days before the start of the camp, your deposit is non-refundable.
